Questions about your account
Our support team can help with registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification, and technical problems. Whether you're setting up your account for the first time or troubleshooting a payment, the team is available around the clock.
When you write in, have the following ready so the first reply can be useful: the email address registered to your account, the approximate time the problem occurred, and any reference number or error message shown on screen. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster the team can investigate and resolve the issue.
What to expect
Email inquiries are typically answered within a few hours, though complex cases — such as those requiring document review or financial reconciliation — may take longer. You'll receive an initial acknowledgment, then a full reply once the team has reviewed your case.
If you need urgent help
For time-sensitive matters such as a locked account or a failed deposit, state "urgent" in the subject line and explain the situation clearly in the first sentence. The team prioritises these requests, but resolution time still depends on the nature of the issue and any verification steps required.
Responsible gambling support
If gambling is becoming a problem rather than entertainment, free and confidential help is available in the UK. Contact GamCare at gamcare.org.uk or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7). You can also visit BeGambleAware for self-assessment tools and treatment referrals, or use GamStop to self-exclude across all UK-licensed sites.
Protecting minors
This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+). If you share a device with someone under 18, consider installing parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio to block access to gambling sites.
You must be 18 or over (18+) to use this site. Support with gambling is free and confidential at BeGambleAware.org.
